Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days remote/3 onsite!


Robert Half's Madison team is partnered on a search for a Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support financial planning, and lead core reporting and compliance activities. This role offers a strong opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys managing team priorities, improving processes, and partnering with leadership on budgeting, audits, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience (overseeing a team of 5), a CPA and be comfortable presenting financials to other leaders.
