We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial operations and provide accurate, timely insight that supports business decisions in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This position oversees core accounting activities, strengthens reporting processes, and helps maintain sound financial controls across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on systems experience, and the ability to guide budgeting, compliance, and day-to-day financial management.


Responsibilities:

• Direct the organization’s accounting operations, including general ledger activity, month-end close, and preparation of reliable financial statements.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to promote accuracy, timeliness, and effective cash flow management.

• Develop, monitor, and refine budget plans, partnering with leadership to evaluate performance against financial targets.
