A reputable security company is looking to hire a Control Room operator for their Communication Centre. The responsibility of the Control Room Officer will be;

1. Monitor camera’s and report alerts.

2. Manage Book-On and Book-Off as well as conducting check calls.

3. Monitoring patrol activities in real time and reporting accordingly.

4. Answer phone calls from clients and potential clients and forward them accordingly.

5. Undertake administrative tasks like writing reports, checking guard licence and more.

The ideal candidate must be able to work a 12 hour shift, mostly nights for the week days and a day or night option as required for the weekends. You must be available from Monday to Sunday to fit the schedule from the management team.

Salary starts from 1000 cedis a month.

The person must;

• Be a good communicator

• Be a computer literate

• Lives in Dansoman or its environs
