**Position Summary**

Under general supervision, coordinates and administers contracts from proposal review and submission through award.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Reviews contracts agreement packages to ensure adherence to Weill Cornell Medicine branding and policies and to sponsor requirements.
+ Handles complex and non-complex agreements. Prepares and negotiates contractual agreements with Prime sites and subsites on behalf of WCMC General Counsel.
+ Negotiates terms and conditions for new or revised sponsor awards on behalf of WCMC General Counsel.
