Working across several programmes, you will support procurement activity, manage supplier documentation, and ensurepliance with internal processes and export controls.

Your new role

In this job, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement team with contracting activity, supplier engagement, andpliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain supplier NDAs
- Draft and support RFP/RFQ/RFI packs
- Monitor supplierpliance and export controls
- Assist with supplier T&C negotiations
- Issue and track contracts to signature
- Maintain accurate contract records
- Flag and escalate contractual risks
- Work with Legal,pliance and Procurement teams
