We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic leader to own and drive contracts strategy, governance and delivery for Guy Carpenters UK P&C and Europe portfolios. This role combines deep technical expertise in reinsurance contract wording with proven operational leadership: setting standards and processes, building capability, and ensuring consistent, accurate contract output. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to broking teams, segments and Centres of Excellence and will lead a matrixed team of subject-matter specialists to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation that supports our client and business objectives.
