Job Description
Position: Contracts Manager
Salary: £95,(Apply online only),000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health
Region: Essex / Hertfordshire
Industry: Construction
My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across Essex and Hertfordshire areas. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from office/ home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from a £10M to £100M in value.
The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-
Construction
All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets. Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.Ideal candidate
Education/ Commercial/ Mixed-use build background
