Job Description

• Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers
• Raise payment for deposits and monthly rentals
• Liaison with landlords/agents on key handover
• Compile documents for business license application, utility account opening and vendor registration
• Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiation of terms and conditions with landlords/agents
• Negotiate with landlords/agents on existing lease for renewal
• Liaison with landlords/agents on facilities improvement/repairs required
• Compilation and sending/receiving of all documentation to the respective parties
• Preparing declaration form for reinstatement

Requirements

• Min. 1-3 years of working experience in the Real Estate/Leasing, or any equivalent field
• Preferably have good understanding of tenancy agreements leasing contract
• Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides...
