Responsibilities

• Responsible in monitoring and managing the overall administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works assigned to including preparation of progress reports, recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
• Preparation of tender document and sub-contracts agreement for sub-contractor.
• Calling of tenders/quotations and make evaluation and recommendations to Contracts(HOD).
• Ensure arrangement of project insurance.
• Post contract's correspondence, coordination with project manager, site, consultants, client.
• Resolve all contractual issue of the project undertaken.
• Understanding with ISO9001 certification and others.

Qualifications

• Must possess Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction/Interior Architectural.
