Our client, a global luxury retail brand, is seeking an experienced Contracts Counsel to join their growing in-house legal team. This is a Hybrid role that sits out of Midtown, Manhattan. Seeking a NY-Barred Attorney with 5+ years of commercial contracts experience. Amazing benefits & a great workplace culture.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including licensing, marketing & , Tech (SaaS), vendor, consulting, SOWs, NDAs, and other agreements, as well as advise on risk mitigation. The manager will also prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions, entity formation, and related documents.

+ JD degree from accredited law school
