Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Emerging Markets FX Trader with deep expertise in African and/or Latin American currencies to join our global trading & liquidity team. This role requires both strong trading capability and infrastructure expertise, including building and optimizing FX trading systems, hedging engines, and liquidity connectivity with banks, brokers, and OTC counterparties.

FX Trading & Liquidity Management
Manage proprietary and flow-driven FX trading positions across Emerging Market currencies , with a focus on African (e.g., Execute spot, forwards, NDFs, swaps, and OTC trades to optimize execution quality and manage currency exposure.
Monitor market developments, capital controls, and liquidity dynamics across EM FX markets.

Develop models for dynamic hedging, inventory risk management, and spread optimization.
Trading Infrastructure & Systems
