Job Description

Contract Coordinator / Support

Location: South West London / Kingston / Morden

Working Pattern: Flexible -3 Days in office, 2 days at home

The purpose of this role is to Support the Service Delivery Team. The duties of the team include but are not limited to, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, issuing permit to work in accordance with BGIS SSOW and ensuring isolations and integrations are undertaken in accordance with BGIS and Site Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage all contract communications incl. Teams channel
  • Org. chart management ensuring it’s correct and up to date at all times, including contact details
  • Support HSE Manager with various HSEQ trackers and their development
  • Work with HR and manage monthly Absence reports, provide monthly reports
  • Support Contract Manager with creating/development of the local processes
