- Compensation: Up to $3000
- Office Hours
- Assist in following‑up with vendors on documentation such as Letter of Award, Master Service Agreement, Insurance etc.
- Assist in the compilation of Master Contract List.
- Assist in procurement activities such as stationery, congratulatory flowers etc.
- Assist in IT‑related procurement activities.
- Assist in Minutes of Meetings for Department Meetings.
- Assist in raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices (uploading into Accounting system) and billing instructions.
- Assist in managing season parking related matters.
- Assist in Operational Risk Management (ORM) compliance related matters.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Assist in any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
