Our client is an innovative, and award winning Repairs & Maintenance Contractor who are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team based in Yeovil. The key function of this role is to manage the team of Supervisors and trades delivering the repairs and voids service on retirement living schemes, ensuring a high quality and commercially focused service is delivered.
