Summary:
Location: Newark, NJ Duration: Months Work Mode: Hybrid - need to go into the office x per week, possibly more Responsibilities: Manage the development, negotiation, and implementation of technology and telecommunication contracts. Handle large projects for infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and operation technology. Engage in % RFP, % contract negotiation, and % sourcing and procurement tasks. Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and modifications. Assist in the development of related policies, procedures, and templates. Serve as the property custodian for property under prime contracts.
