Contract Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit vendor contracts as needed based on stakeholder feedback.
• Respond to requests from internal business and legal stakeholders in accordance with set standards.
• Highlight risk and potential issues on contract requirements and recommend steps to reduce contract risks.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, tracking and expediting contributions from various teams to guarantee timely fulfillment of obligations.
• Administer contracts through Google contracting systems.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives through specialized projects, including detailed contract analysis, compliance auditing, and reporting.
• Support contract management and administration related tasks.
