DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Act as a point of contact for customer-related administrative queries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Process and manage all incoming and outgoing documentation (delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, Check, collate, and organise operational documents in line with local procedures. Support daily administrative activities including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
