Job Description
Responsibilities
- System configuration for enabling the downloading of reports
- Manage their Salesforce system
- Management of onboarding and access review process
- System configuration for government systems to support company's workflows
- Creating and maintaining reports from system
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Diploma or Degree in computer science, engineering or IT
- Experience in Salesforce will be preferred but not mandatory
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
