Jobs Responsibilities
. Process new business applications including policy issuance, client onboarding, coverage setup and premium billing with accuracy and timeliness.
. Handle policy servicing requests such as personal particulars updates, contact detail changes and mail return management.
. Support daily operations for Individual Life and Health Insurance policies to ensure smooth transactional processing and service delivery.
. Ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements including AML, Insurance Act and internal compliance standards.
. Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet operational SLA, productivity targets and maintain strong internal controls.
. Deliver quality customer service by managing policyholder and adviser correspondences accurately, promptly and with complete information.
