Location: Gul Circle (3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT). Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Compensation: Up to $4500. Contract: 1 year renewable.

• Perform maintenance and repair works for building facilities and systems
• Support electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary maintenance
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues
• Coordinate with contractors and support safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Min. Diploma / ITE in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Min 1–3 years of facilities/building maintenance experience
• Has prior hands‑on experience
