Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase agreements to support the company’s physical oil and products trading activities.
- Evaluate and negotiate counter-proposal terms to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests, minimize exposure, and support favourable trading outcomes.
- Manage contract administration and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control standards.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new counterparties by supporting KYC, due diligence, and internal approval processes in liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Support tender and bid submissions by reviewing tender documentation, identifying contractual risks, and providing comments and recommendations where required.
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 to 3 years of related contract administration/analysis working experience preferably in oil & gas industry
