A growing software company is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the full administrative lifecycle of contracts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will be heavily focused on contract intake, tracking, routing, execution, and record management, with significant day-to-day use of Ironclad. As a Contract Administrator with the legal team, you will actively collaborate with all business units to facilitate the contracting lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle from request intake through execution and storage.
+ Serve as a primary user of Ironclad for contract workflow management, routing, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
+ Coordinate contract requests with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, procurement, finance, and business teams.
