Job Description
Looking for a role where you can stay organised, support project delivery, and be part of work that keeps Canterbury powered? We've got an opportunity to join the Project Delivery team as a Contract Administrator supporting a wide range of infrastructure projects across the network.
Working closely with Project Managers, operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you'll help keep projects running smoothly by supporting contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and project systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Supporting Project Managers with contract administration and project documentation
- Managing job setups, purchase orders, invoicing, and project close outs
- Assisting with reporting, variations, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Coordinating documentation and ensuring company systems are kept up to date
