Job Description
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, maintaining and administering contracts and service documentation relating to Fancee Carβs customisation projects.
The role will work closely with management, workshop teams, sales staff, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to ensure that contract terms, project requirements, costs, timelines and service standards are properly documented and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, reviewing and maintaining customer service agreements, supplier agreements and subcontractor documentation.
- Interpreting contract terms, service scope, warranty conditions, payment terms, delivery timeframes and project requirements.
- Coordinating contract administration for each project from quotation acceptance through to job completion, handover, invoicing and after-service follow-up.
