Translation Empire PK is seeking a passionate and results-driven Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Manager to lead the design and execution of teacher training and professional development programs as part of a large-scale digital education initiative. This role will focus on driving educational excellence by supporting and upskilling educators through structured training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

The CPD Manager will be responsible for managing a team of CPD Coaches, fostering innovation in teacher learning, and ensuring the effective integration of modern pedagogical approaches within the classroom environment.
