A rapidly expanding manufacturer near Bury is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to play a key role in transforming their operational performance.

The Opportunity

The company is at the start of their CI journey and so there is opportunity to engage in improvement initiatives, coach frontline leaders, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll use data-driven insights and Lean methodologies to optimise processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and DMAIC methodologies
• Analyse operational data to identify opportunities and drive performance gains
• Coach and upskill teams in problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
• Champion 5S and deliver engaging training sessions
