SUMMARY OF POSITION

The CI Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility to drive improved operational performance. This position works to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement culture at the branch, and with key leaders within the facility and cross‑functional partners to deliver Lean, and VAVE savings.

MAJOR ACTIONS AND SUPPORT ACTIONS

• Manage total facility CI initiatives and progress to completion. Develops and maintains annual Operational Excellence plan with a focus on lean tools that drive labor efficiencies, and OEE improvements.
• Maintains a culture of Operational Excellence. Teach, coach and mentor site employees on lean and problem‑solving tools.
• Facilitates and leads structured process improvement projects that reduce rework and scrap.
