Job Overview
The Continuous Improvement Manager will focus on continuous improvement efforts for the site, including being responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of the Hubbell Manufacturing System. This includes leading Kaizen and other Lean events as business need shows which involve improvement in material flow, labor structure, facility layout, maintenance, and expenses to grow profitability by improving operations overall.
