Reporting to the Plant Manager, Imlay City, you will support plant operations at the local producer of Vlasic Pickles by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and driving improvement in plant performance by identifying and executing opportunities for loss elimination and organizational growth. You will work with plant leadership to guide hourly and salaried team members in continuous improvement activities across a 600+ person operation.
