Description

Key Responsibilities


+ Lean Leadership & Strategy: Facilitate site-wide Lean deployment; lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S/6S+ audits, and bottleneck elimination.

+ Process Optimization: Diagnose operational gaps in advanced metal processing operations (slitting, shearing, edging, waterjet, bar saw, plate saw, grinding, re-rolling, and laser cutting); engineer solutions to maximize machine throughput and asset performance.

+ Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost-of-quality data using tools like Power BI ; present financial and metric gap analyses to senior leadership.

+ Quality Compliance Integration: Partner with the Quality Assurance department to root-cause process deviations; ensure all workflow improvements align strictly with AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, ISO 17025 and OEM aviation/medical regulatory standards.
