The Continuous Improvement Intern will support operations and processimprovement initiatives by helping organize, update, and maintain Standard
Operating Procedures and related documentation within the Acadia system. This
role will work closely with operators, supervisors, and cross functional teams
to ensure procedures accurately reflect current operating practices. The intern
will also gain hands on exposure to manufacturing operations and develop a
broader understanding of key production processes.

Responsibilities

The duties of the Continuous Improvement Intern include but are not
limited to:

Import SOP’s and other documents into the Acadia system
Work with operators to ensure current SOP’s are accurate and up to date.
Develop and upload new documents into the Acadia system as needed
Develop an overall understanding of the operations Processes.
