Purpose of the Position

IEM is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Surrey, B.C. location. The role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and supports lean initiatives, standard work documentation, and data-driven process improvement in a hands‑on capacity. This is an ideal position for candidates passionate about lean manufacturing who want to grow in a structured CI environment. This role requires 100% in‑office presence in the Surrey office and does not offer remote work. Key Responsibilities
