The Continuity Officer will collaborate with service leaders and nominated business continuity champions to develop and implement plans that anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.

• Implements and maintains the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
• Assists with organizational risk assessments and hazard vulnerability analysis.
• Guides and oversees the development of business impact analysis and continuity plans.
• Collaborates with IT and HIM teams to ensure data storage, management and recovery best practices are applied.
• Facilitates and educates relevant internal stakeholders in current BCMS practices.
