Job Description

  • Facilitate the end-to-end Temp Worker and Independent Contractor process.
  • Ensure staffing agency readiness and candidate to support upcoming demand
  • Support Manufacturing temp resource conversions and ensure the coordinator has details needed to process offer and onboarding.
  • Facilitate sourcing, interview, selection, invoicing processes for contingent workers in working with staffing agencies.
  • Provide support to inquiries around the Contingent Workforce processes, policies, and issues.
  • Provide weekly and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Conduct training needed for Hiring Managers and Staffing Agencies.
  • Work closely with coordinators to ensure interviews are conducted in a timely manner and details are provided to kick off onboarding of temp workers.
  • Support contingent workforce SLAs & KPIs with the Staffing Agencies.
