The Head of Contents executes pack outs and pack backs and assists the contents team with coordinating restoration, cleaning, and management of personal property (contents) damaged by disasters such as fire, water, or mold. This position requires leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and effective communication skills to ensure that contents restoration projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Head of Contents also ensures compliance with safety protocols and company policies. This person is also responsible for making sure supplies are ordered.
