We’re hiring a creator who can convert real moments into short‑form stories that capture viewers from the first second and deliver satisfying conclusions. Our in‑house content studio focuses on hospitality, people, and culture, and turns each moment into premium, warm, modern, and real content.

• Plan and execute production: build hooks and beat sheets for each 1‑3 second segment, write scripts, voice‑over and on‑screen copy, captions that sound human, and simple storyboards for hero pieces.
• Shoot and edit end‑to‑end: prepare shot lists and capture checklists, film on location with phone or camera for maximum realism, and edit with restraint, clean visuals, clear sound, modern pacing, and tasteful text.
• Create repeatable formats: design series templates that scale, turn one shoot into multiple deliverables (hero, micro, and short stories), and maintain a clean asset library for reuse.
