We are looking for a creative-first individual to help us explore the boundaries of AI-assisted storytelling. You will work closely with our product team to define the creative standards for the next generation of digital media.

• Conceptualize: Design compelling story arcs, character identities, and thematic structures for digital media.
• Direct AI Models: Craft high-level creative directives to guide generative models toward specific artistic styles, tones, and moods.
• Content Assembly: Produce polished, media segments (1–3 minutes) by curating and synthesizing various created components.
• Creative Iteration: Refine outputs through precise stylistic adjustments, focusing on pacing, aesthetic feel, and the selection of the best possible takes.
