The Opportunity

Reporting to the HSN2 Senior Manager, the Content Replay Planner is responsible for maximizing sales and productivity by leveraging taped content across multiple platforms.

Core accountabilities include planning of shows to achieve sales goals, pricing accuracy, assessing on‑air stock on‑hand, working cross‑divisionally to achieve company goals, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, and coordinate HSN2 shows and other taped programming to meet or exceed show goals, following network standards and guidelines.
• Leverage existing content to maximize trends and promotional pricing, and meet company objectives.
• Create cross‑divisional, mixed shows; sequence items to maximize customer experience and viewership.
• Analyze show and item performance and recommend or initiate next actions.
• Review and react to daily sales trends.
