  • Production Execution: Oversee the end-to-end production of all patch content—from concept to delivery—ensuring high quality, consistent brand standards, and timely execution.

  • Player-Centric Focus: Drive a community-first content approach, ensuring every patch resonates with players and delivers a high-quality experience.

  • Resource & Workflow Management: With the Content Production Lead, optimize patch budgeting, manage resource allocation, and oversee the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS) to streamline approval, production and content scheduling workflows.
