Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen, produzieren und schneiden Video-Kurse rund um KI (z. B. Einsteiger-Serien, Tool-Guides, Praxis-Workflows).
  • Sie konzipieren didaktisch (Lernziele, Skripte, Storyboards) und übertragen komplexe Inhalte in klare, einfache Sprache.
  • Sie entwickeln engaging Videoformate (YouTube-Stil, Talking-Head, Interviews).
  • Sie übernehmen Video-Editing & Postproduktion (z. B. Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve).
  • Sie verantworten das Audio-/Video-Setup (Kamera, Licht, Ton) und koordinieren Aufnahmetermine.
  • Sie pflegen unser Lernmanagement (Kursseiten, Kapitel, begleitende Lern-Materialien, Quizze) und werten Lernfortschritt sowie Feedback aus.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der Leitung des Innovationslabors zusammen, führen Interviews/Workshops und verbessern Inhalte.
  • Sie behalten Qualität, DSGVO und den Kontext des EU-AI-Acts im Blick.
