An established and project winning Fit Out construction firm, is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to be based in their Portsmouth based office.

The Contracts Manager will be overseeing and managing multiple Retail & Leisure fit out projects from start through to completion.

These projects are mainly within the Southern areas of the country, however due to key clients projects can take the successful Contracts Manager around the country.

What to expect?
As a Contracts Manager;

You will manage key clients within the Retail & Leisure construction sectors, all within the £150K - £5M value.
You will ensure that all works are completed on time, budget and to the highest of standards.
You will have good communication skills and be able to negotiate with clients, architects, structural engineers
You will be the first point of contact for the client, design team, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers
