Client Operations Executive – Customer Relationship Center

As a Client Operations Executive at HBX Group, you will support clients to deliver unique holidays. Candidates must be based in Mallorca.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend clients' queries through phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
• Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies, guidelines, terms and conditions.
• Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams to maintain relationships, achieve high satisfaction and retain loyalty.
• Act and suggest improvement opportunities identified during daily work.
• Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.

Position Requirements

• Fluency in English, and German, Dutch, Italian or French (written and spoken).
