Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Develops a basic understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus.
• Documents key discussion points from client meetings and calls, sharing follow-up notes with internal teams and the client.
• Assists in key client performance indicators reporting, such as placement success rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, efficiency for providing staffing solutions for operational roles.
• Ensures accurate entry of operational client contract details into internal systems, assisting Sales Support with record‑keeping.
• Maintains and ensures accurate and up‑to‑date records of Operational Talent Solutions sales opportunities in the CRM system.
