Accenture’s Utilities Strategy & Consulting group is seeking a Management Consultant Manager – Utilities to shape the next chapter of our Energy Retail practice in Canada. The role supports Canadian utilities, focusing on customer transformation, energy transition, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise clients on customer transformation, contact center modernization, and digital customer strategy in the context of energy transition and DSM initiatives.
• Analyze, design, and document new business processes that enable efficient delivery of customer and energy programs, including conservation, electrification, and distributed energy solutions.
