Consultant Psychiatrist in South West Short Term Support Team

South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) is looking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist for the South West Short Term Support Team (SWSTS) on a 12-month fixed term contract. SWSTS is part of the South West Living Well Centre (SWLWC), which is one of the three locality LWCs in Lambeth (North, South East and SW). Each LWC has one STS and one Focussed Support Team; the former provides assessments and brief interventions and the latter offers medium to longer term care and support for those with mental health problems and associated psycho‑societal difficulties. The three LWCs mirror the developing Primary Care Networks (PCN) across the borough.

SWFS is based at the SWLWC, alongside SWFS and South West Social Care Team, covering three PCNs (Streatham PCN, AT Medics PCN and Clapham PCN).
