About the role

This role provides clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary mental health team, including emergency and acute hospital presentations, while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with the Western Australian Mental Health Act (2014). It involves culturally safe care for a predominantly Aboriginal patient population in collaboration with Aboriginal Liaison Officers. The position offers broad exposure to acute psychiatric conditions within a recovery-oriented service closely linked to community mental health care.
