Consultant in Infectious Diseases

This post will join a consultant team with diverse interests and expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care, including speciality clinics (Tuberculosis, ambulatory ID, HIV, OPAT, viral hepatitis). The post holder will be based at Northwick Park and will contribute to our highly rated undergraduate and postgraduate training as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for Imperial College and have the opportunity to contribute to our clinical research programme. This appointment will also add to the current team of acute medicine and specialty physicians supporting Acute Medicine.

Main duties

• Deliver consultant‑led clinics, support the IDAR registrar and specialist nurses, and lead service development, clinical governance and research relevant to the IDAR service.
