I have been assigned by an NHS Trust in the UK to help them recruit a Consultant in Dermatology on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months.

Our client are interested in Consultant Dermatologists with general skills and experience who may also like to develop a sub speciality interest that compliments those of the current team. Patch Test Lead and skin cancer would be examples.
Other areas of further development for the department are:
•2WW and urgent suspected skin cancer clinics. Over 70% of our work load is due to skin cancer referrals. This is due to the high rate of skin cancer we experience in Herefordshire and Powys.
• Teledermatology
• Community dermatology clinics – increased integration with local GPs aiming to reduce referrals and increase community dermatology knowledge and skills.
