Under moderate supervision, the Conversion Consultant will be responsible for the successful installation of non‑complex new retirement plan sales and act as project manager and consultant for conversion activities. The role will also serve as the point of contact with Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, and Third‑Party Administrators.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the successful installation of standard/non‑complex new transfer or start‑up retirement plan sales.
• Acts as the primary contact for Empower during the conversion process.
• Perform weekly conference calls on assigned sales and consults with various client contacts including plan sponsors, financial advisors, third‑party administrators, relationship/client service managers, regional sales directors, prior providers, payroll vendors, and internal departments regarding the timing of conversion, outstanding items, critical tasks, and overall project management.
