Our client based in Cape Town is looking for Service Consultants. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing all clients and resolving requests first time. Provide accurate and consistent information, meeting all quality standards. Be a brand ambassador, allowing the brand presence to be felt as an extension of the experience. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential).
